We currently only accept cash payments.
We do not require a deposit when booking out equipment.
You need to be 18 or over to hire all of our equipment and provide photographic ID and proof of your address. (driving license / passport / utility bill)
You do not need a license to hire our smaller machines but you need to be confident / competent in operating the machines.
You don't need insurance to hire our equipment although you are responsible for the equipment whilst it is on hire therefore if the equipment is stolen, damaged or vandalised it will be at the customers expense. We require the equipment to be kept locked away, blocked in or stored at the rear of your property. If you do wish to get your own insurance we recommend JCB Short Term Hired In Plant Insurance. .
We aim to deliver around 7 - 7:30 unless you have specified a preferred time. We aim to collect around 5:30 - 6 unless a time as been arranged prior to collection. We can also collect earlier if you have finished with the equipment you just need to contact us.
Ellesmere Port area is free delivery. For Chester, Wirral and surrounding areas there is a £20.00 delivery & collection charge.
No. Moving equipment to another site is strictly prohibited.
Yes as long as the equipment isn't already booked out. Please contact us at your earliest convivence if you require the equipment for longer than originally booked.
Equipment should be returned in the condition it was delivered or as near as. We understand that our equipment will get a little soiled but if the equipment is heavily soiled there will be a cleaning charge of £25.00.
Minor damages are acceptable eg small scratches etc. (management discretion). Any parts that our damaged will be chargeable (parts & labour) evidence of all repairs completed are available on request. All equipment is photographed upon delivery and collection.
